This is a wonderful shot of both the tower and town hall in Leipzig, and really give viewers a good impression of the majesty and grandeur of both old and new architecture in one photograph. Like any modern European city, new designs must blend with old in a seamless harmony of style and direction in order to insure the city skyline remains as breathtaking and exciting as ever. The University of Leipzig are lucky to teach in such a wonderful environment.
You can almost imagine sitting at the top of the tower - coffee in one hand, netbook and foxy bingo online (www.foxybingo.com) in the other, wind in your hair... it seems so magical. Not to mention the amazing few - you can see for miles in every direction, and this photograph really does capture the few buildings spiking high out of the ground on their way to touch the sky. The students and civil servants in Leipzig really do have it all. |
